<br/><br/> The XIII Conference of Heads of State or Government of the Non-Aligned Movement, held in Kuala Lumpur last February, clarified its position on this issue.In line with the Final Document of the XIII Conference of Heads of State or Government of the Non-Aligned Movement, held at Kuala Lumpur from 20 to 25 February this year, the African Group reaffirms its long-standing position in favour of the total elimination of nuclear testing.
